There are two important lessons here: 

1.     People have a subconscious attraction to others who convey leadership qualities and have a high level of personal value.

2.     If you want to make it big in networking, (or anything in life), you must learn to convey those qualities, and eventually become a leader with value to offer others. 

People do not join a business, they join YOU. 

The more valuable you become to others, the more they will seek you out.  You will quite literally ‘attract’ more people to your business. 

In essence you want to become a leader or ‘Alpha’ in all aspects of life, but especially when it comes to business.  

Alphas are the people who others want to be.  They are leaders.  They are sought-after and pursued.  They are attractive to others, and success comes easily for them. 

You can become an Alpha Leader through education, experience and constant learning.  Your education should never stop so keep reading the books, listening to the CD’s, and attending the conferences and you too will become highly sought after by many!
